Safe Work Australia has developed guidance materials for "officers" who are duty holders under OHS legislation. Although Victoria is currently not a signatory to the national approach there is good guidance to ensure OHS obligations are met.

First prison sentence handed down for breach of WHS duty offence
Our friends at Sparke Helmore Lawyers report the first time an individual has been sentenced imprisonment (6 months) following breaches of WHS duty provisions relating to her involvement in a 2017 workplace fatality.
