Liquor Accords and other liquor laws are changing
From 31 January 2022 amendments to the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic) come into effect. The changes include maximum patron banning is 12 months and, other than using or disclosing information regarding banned persons, it is an offence to pass on information outside of this requirement.

SoCI Bill passes the House on 22 Nov 2021
Formally known as Security Legislation Amendment (Critical Infrastructure) Bill 2020, and colloquially referred to as the SoCI Act 2.0, this pivotal legislation has now formally passed both houses of Parliament. It awaits Royal Assent before passing into law.

Vic Gov Cyber Strategy 2021
