Second Social Networking Event with ASIS Victoria

At the beginning of the year we set out a plan to engage with our members and community on a regular basis.

One of these methods we said was to create a social atmosphere in a neutral environment where we can all get together and talk amongst ourselves about matters that are important to us.

These social gatherings serve multiple purposes. It all depends on your perspective or circumstances. Speaking with our crowd, they shared the following reasons why they came along

1. Increase their professional network

2. Learn about the Certification courses available and who can help them

3. Wanted to know what the benefits of membership

4. What are the general trends or new technologies coming through

We started with a low expectation on how many people would attend, but so far our estimates have been exceeded. So thank you to everyone who has attended so far and we look forward to building this as a regular and meaningful event.

Thank you to everyone who came along. It was fantastic to meet with new people in our industry.
