Recently Updated Standard: Management System for Quality of Private Security Company Operations-Requirements with Guidance (PSC.1)

ASIS International is pleased to announce the reaffirmation of Management System for Quality of Private Security Company Operations—Requirements with Guidance.

Consistent with ANSI requirements, the ANSI/ASIS PSC.1-2012 Standard was evaluated by a technical committee comprised of industry users and managers, producers and service providers, as well as government, academia, and other interested stakeholders to consider possible changes based on applicable laws, regulations, international agreements, and/or other factors impacting the standard's use. Reaffirmation signifies that no substantive changes to the standard were necessary.  

The PSC.1 Standard establishes a mechanism for private security providers and their clients to provide demonstrable commitment, conformance, and accountability to the principles outlined in the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers and the Montreux Document.
