COVID-19 Stage 4 Restrictions Victoria

From 6pm on Sunday 2 August 2020 the Victorian Government introduced Stage 4 restrictions for metropolitan Melbourne. Stage 3 restrictions apply from 11:59pm on Wednesday 5 August for regional Victoria.

There is no discretion relating to compliance and enforcement action has been advised by Victoria Police.  The restrictions seek to slow the spread of coronavirus in Victoria and we encourage you to fully adopt the DHHS advice.

A curfew is in place for metropolitan Melbourne between 8pm and 5am.  People are only allowed to leave their house for work, and essential health, care or safety reasons.

There are also strict requirements for leaving home between 5am - 8pm.
