Security Leadership and Networking Breakfast

On the 15 August 2017, ASIS Victoria Chapter members and guests heard Garry Young from Citidel Group pass on this knowledge on the importance of leadership, training and education in the national security arena for success in their professional lives.

Garry spoke on the characteristics that make a good leader and the reputational risk if staff are not well trained properly.

 Garry provided real time examples from his experience both here in Australia and from overseas and spoke about how hypothetical based scenarios benefit for training purposes.
