Another Successful Conference Presentation

Our Chair Dr Tony Zalewski presented a well received two hour workshop at the annual Community Safety and Security Conference, Sydney on 29 April 2014

Participants at the national conference included security, safety and risk managers from across industry sectors such as government, healthcare, police/law enforcement, aviation, security and critical infrastructure.

Tony's workshop involved a number of interactive and practical case studies where various approaches to security risk management were critically examined. This included contemporary approaches using methodology within ISO31000:2009 Risk Management.

Delegates were able to immediately put some of the strategies proposed into practice as Tony had them assess risks in public areas at the conference centre.  The workshop was very well received with a number of delegates seeking further information about future workshops that might be provided.
