How To Make A Difference in Security

Making a difference is a primary objective of the ASIS Victoria Australia Chapter and security leaders can effectively contribute by participating in discussions on a variety of security-related issues and topics.

Over recent years the ASIS Victoria Australia Chapter committee has introduced a more inclusive approach to communication and participation with our local members.  Our Events are now well-recognised across the local and some international areas of the security and public safety community.  This has been evidenced by substantial attendances at recent forums.  Our website is well respected and in fact won the 2015 ASIS International website of the year award.  Behind the scenes our increased sponsorship and support, strategic plans, operating procedures and work with key stakeholders continues.

 So what can you do?

As this Chapter moves to the next level, we seek to recruit like-minded security leaders who are well suited to further progressing the security community.  If you would like to give back as a volunteer please contact us through the website.  We would be more than pleased to harness your unique skills across the Chapter, its members and the wider security workforce.

We are eager to incorporate the wealth of experience available from our quality, public safety focused individuals throughout Victoria.
